I "Forgot Device" in Bluetooth settings and now I can't re-pair.
If you removed the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list, you must force the keyboard back into pairing mode to reconnect.

The dongle for the Crush80 is kept in a magnetic storage slot at the bottom center of the keyboard.
My computer won't detect my Crush80 when connected with a USB cable.
The magnetic pogo pins may have shifted out of alignment. Please realign and reattach them properly.
Do I need to Turn ON the switch under the Caps Lock keycap every time I use the keyboard?
You do not need to use the switch every time. If you only use wireless mode, keep it turned on; if you only use wired mode, keep it turned off. If you frequently switch between wireless and wired modes, you can keep it turned on and use Fn + Tab to switch connection modes.
Does the keyboard have a sleep mode, or do I need to manually turn it off?
You do not need to manually turn off the keyboard. In wireless mode, it will automatically enter sleep mode. Wired mode does not have an automatic sleep function. When your computer is powered off, the keyboard will also automatically turn off.
My keyboard won't charge.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Do I need a specialized charger?
No, but you must be careful with voltage.
Keys are double-clicking, unresponsive, or require extra force.
Please try the following solutions in order:
1. Swap the Switch
2. Firmware & Settings
3. "Massage" the PCB (Pressing Firmly)
Sometimes the internal layers need to be reseated.
4. Check Plate Alignment
Does the Crush80 have a Caps Lock indicator? How do I know just from the keyboard that Caps Lock is on or off?
The Caps Lock indicator of Crush80 is the ICON light. When the Caps Lock is on, the light will stay white.
Is the Crush80 available in an ISO layout?
The Crush80 is currently only available with an ANSI layout. While its PCB supports multi layouts (see the picture for details), the corresponding plate, stabilizers and keycaps are not currently available for purchase on our website.
Why is my WIN key not working?
Please check if the WIN key is locked. You can try holding down FN + WIN for 3 seconds to unlock it.
Should I update my firmware?
No. If your keyboard is functioning correctly, we do not recommend updating the firmware. Only update if you are experiencing specific bugs or compatibility issues.
How long is the warranty?
The Crush80 comes with a 6-month warranty.
