Access the essential software and files to customize and maintain your PMOKEY Wave 75.
⚠️ Important: If your keyboard is functioning correctly, we do not recommend updating the firmware. Only proceed with firmware updates if you are experiencing specific technical issues or have been advised by support.
The Wave 75 requires a specific JSON file to be recognized by VIA.

¶ ⚠️ Connection Requirement
You must connect the keyboard in Wired Mode to use VIA.
- VIA cannot detect the keyboard while in 2.4G or BT mode.
- However, any changes made to the keymap or macros in Wired mode are saved to the onboard memory and will function correctly in Wireless mode.

Please follow these steps exactly to avoid errors. This process involves updating both the keyboard body and the 2.4G receiver.
1. Prepare the Keyboard & Files
⚠️Attention: The battery switch must remain OFF throughout the process.
2. Enter Firmware Mode
3. Run the RF Update Tool
⚠️ Important: Do not copy any files yet. You must wait for the "PASS" message before moving to the next step.

Do not paste the firmware file into your computer’s local disk; it must go into the pop-up USB drive.
The keyboard will be temporarily non-functional during the copy process.
If the installation fails, unplug the cable and restart from Step 1.
