I "Forgot Device" in Bluetooth settings and now I can't re-pair.
If you removed the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list, you must force the keyboard back into pairing mode to reconnect.
- Select the Bluetooth channel you want to use (
FN + F1, F2, or F3).
- Hold down
FN + F1 / F2 / F3 (whichever is selected) for 3 seconds.
- The indicator will start blinking rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- Search for the device on your computer again.
The Web Driver gets stuck on "Loading..."
If you are trying to configure your Rainy75 using the web driver at wobwxe.com(Rainy 75 RT) or usevia.app and it won't load:
- Solution: Try using a VPN to connect to the web driver. Network restrictions in certain regions can prevent the configuration tool from loading the necessary definition files.
Why is my Enter Key not working?
If specifically the Enter key is unresponsive while others work:
- Solution: This is often a firmware-related mismatch. Please visit the official website, download the correct firmware for your specific version of the Rainy75, and update it.
My keyboard won't charge.
If the charging indicator does not appear or the battery isn't holding a charge, follow these steps:
- Swap the Cable: Try a different USB-C cable confirmed to work with other devices.
- Change the Power Source: Try a different USB port on your computer or a different charging adapter (ensure it is rated 5V/2A or less).
- Physical Reset: Remove the Caps Lock keycap to access the power switch. Turn the switch OFF, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back ON.
- Inspect the Port: Check the USB-C port on the keyboard for dust, debris, or physical damage.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact work@wobkey.com.
Do I need a specialized charger?
No, but you must be careful with voltage.
- Recommended: A computer USB port or a standard 5V/1A (5W) to 5V/2A (10W) adapter.
- Avoid: High-power "Fast Chargers" (e.g., for phones/laptops) or uncertified adapters. High voltage can damage the battery or internal circuitry.
Keys are double-clicking, unresponsive, or require extra force.
Please try the following solutions in order:
1. Swap the Switch
- Remove the switch from the faulty key using the switch puller.
- Swap it with a working switch from a key you rarely use.
- Result: If the issue moves to the new key, the switch is faulty. If the issue stays at the original key, proceed to step 2.
2. Firmware & Settings
- Update to the latest firmware from the official website.
- If Ultra-Low Latency Mode is enabled (FN+H), try turning it off.
3. "Massage" the PCB (Pressing Firmly)
Sometimes the internal layers need to be reseated.
- Turn the keyboard OFF and disconnect it.
- Place your palm flat over the area with the problem keys.
- Press down firmly (but carefully) 3–5 times.
- Reconnect and test.
4. Check Plate Alignment
- Carefully disassemble the keyboard case.
- Gently use your fingers or a flat tool to ensure the plate is straight and not pressing unevenly against the PCB near the faulty keys.
- Reassemble and align all components.
